So if you're ready to take your bookkeeping and accounting to the next level, here are the services provided by Keystone Bookkeeping Solutions A Wheelwright Mathis Company.



Full-service bookkeeping. Keystone does all of your bookkeeping for you. This includes paying bills, making deposits and reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and loan statements. Your financial records stay current. It’s your choice whether you receive vendor invoices, customer deposits and other information directly and route the information to Keystone or have the information sent directly to Keystone using your company’s name and Keystone’s PO Box. You will receive a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and statement of cash flows for each period.

After-the-fact bookkeeping. Keystone does the record keeping for you after you have paid your bills and made your deposits. Includes entering the checks and deposits and reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and loan statements. You will receive a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and statement of cash flows for each period.

Bookkeeping oversight (BKO). You do the record keeping in QuickBooks and email your QuickBooks file to Keystone. Keystone makes adjustments required to properly report the financial statements. You will receive a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and statement of cash flows for each period. Version of QuickBooks used: ____________(Mac versions not supported).

Chart of accounts. Keystone creates a customized chart of accounts tailored to your business. You will receive a QuickBooks backup file and instructions to get you started. Version of QuickBooks used: ____________(Mac versions not supported).
